We’re scaling fast and looking for a Full-Stack Python Developer who can architect, build, and deploy AI-driven web applications from end to end.
Role Overview
You’ll work closely with the founder and product team to enhance our AI recruiting engine and build new features powered by LLMs (OpenAI / Anthropic / AWS Bedrock). The ideal candidate is a hands-on Python engineer with strong backend experience and a solid grasp of frontend integration, cloud infrastructure, and AI APIs.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy scalable FastAPI-based backend services
Integrate LLM APIs (Claude, GPT-4, Bedrock models) for resume analysis, text generation, and job matching
Build responsive frontend interfaces using HTML5, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React/Vue optional)
Design and optimize data pipelines using MongoDB / PostgreSQL (Neon / DocumentDB)
Work with AWS services — Lambda, S3, SES, CloudWatch, and API Gateway
Collaborate on prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
Write clean, modular, and testable code with unit and integration tests
Contribute to architecture decisions, CI/CD, and performance tuning
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Python development
Strong experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django
Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Hugging Face, etc.)
Frontend proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue, or Vanilla)
Hands-on experience with AWS serverless stack (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch)
Experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL / DynamoDB
Strong understanding of API design, REST, async I/O, and security best practices
Excellent communication skills and startup mindset (build fast, iterate faster)
Nice to Have
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG systems
Knowledge of Docker, Makefiles, and CI/CD pipelines
Background in recruitment tech, automation, or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with data privacy and secure PII handling

What You’ll Do
Marketing & Growth: Help shape and execute campaigns to attract contractors and job seekers (LinkedIn, Meta, email, and direct outreach).
Sales Support: Identify leads, run discovery calls, and help close early customers.
Customer Success: Engage with early adopters, gather feedback, and ensure they get value from the platform.
Product Collaboration: Work with the founder and developers to turn customer insights into product improvements.
Operations: Build simple systems and automations to make everything run smoother.

Ideal Background
Early-career track: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product ops — eager to learn and grow fast.
Experienced track: 5+ years in startup operations, growth, or product roles — ready to take ownership and help scale.
Experience in SaaS, recruiting tech, or logistics is a plus.
Located near Denver, CO is preferred, but strong remote candidates in the US are welcome.
